Now that Jude doesn't go to Mother's Day Out, I've been trying to get out there with the neighborhood and church playgroups. It's been really fun and I've gotten to know some great women and their kids that are close to Jude's age. One of the girls invited us to the firestation for a tour. Her father is the Chief. I know what you are thinking, "What are one-year-olds going to get from touring the fire station?" The answer is not much. But us moms got some great pictures! And Jude liked seeing the trucks. Thanks to Gina for inviting us!

Grandma and Jude

Grandma was up for a visit that week while Jeremy was out of town. She picked a great week to visit. The weather was pretty gross and cold. The sleet hindered some plans to visit Jenny and the kids. But, it gave us an excuse to hang out in our pj pants. That's always fun!

Who needs expensive toys when you have a dog crate. Roxie's crate was a source of great fun for Jude while Grandma visited. He liked to crawl right in and hang out, opening and closing the door. Hey, whatever works!
